BYLAWS

The bylaws in force were approved by the 9th General Assembly of the FEMP held in Madrid on 9, 10 and 11 November 2007 and establish, among other matters, the purposes of the Federation, the composition of its Organs of Governance and the rights and duties of the Local Governments associated to it.

INTERNAL RULES

Approved by the Federal Council of the FEMP at its meeting on 22 June 1993 and modified at its meeting on 30 March 2004, the Rules develop the Federation’s system of internal operation on the basis of the framework set forth in the Bylaws.
