DESCRIPTION:El secretario general de la Federación Española de Municipios y Provincias (FEMP), Luis Martínez-Sicluna, interviene mañana jueves, 19 de febrero, a las 10:00 horas, en la inauguración de una jornada sobre certificados de ahorro energético (CAEs). \nDurante el encuentro, en el que también participa el director general de Organización y Recursos de la FEMP, Jaime Carnicero, se realizará un análisis del sistema CAEs, abordando su naturaleza, funcionamiento y marco normativo, así como el mercado que se articula en torno a estos certificados. \nEl análisis se desarrollará en formato de mesa redonda y presentaciones, con la participación de expertos de diferentes sectores.\n
