DESCRIPTION:El 31 de octubre se celebra el Día Mundial de las Ciudades, en esta nueva edición el tema de este 2018 es «Construír ciudades sostenibles y resilentes». Las ciudades necesitan ayuda para convertirse en ciudades resilentes y desarrollar su capacidad para poder sobrellevar el impacto de las amenazas que sufren en la actualidad, proteger y salvar la vida de las personas, y limitar los daños contra los bienes públicos y privados. Todo ello al mismo tiempo que continúan prestando la infraestructura y los servicios necesarios tras un momento de crisis.\n
